补肾调周法对PCO大鼠瘦素及血脂影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾调周法对多囊卵巢综合征﹙PCO)大鼠血脂及瘦素(LEP)的影响。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为6组,空白组、模型组、阳性对照组、补肾调周高、中、低剂量组,每组各10只。除空白组外其余各组采用胰岛素加HCG进行造模。测定血清瘦素﹙LEP)水平,总胆固醇﹙TC)、甘油三酯﹙TG)、高密度脂蛋白﹙HDL)水平,胰岛素﹙INS)水平,治疗前后对大鼠称重并取体重差比较体重变化,对卵巢进行组织形态学观察。结果:补肾调周法治疗PCO大鼠能有效降低其空腹血清TC、TG、INS、LEP水平,升高血清HDL水平,并使大鼠体重明显降低,增加颗粒细胞层数与黄体组织数量。结论:应用补肾调周法可对PCO大鼠瘦素和血脂等进行良性调节,此可能是其临床治疗PCOS高瘦素血症和高脂血症机制之一。Objective：To study the effects of PCO rats＇Leptin and lipid under applying the selfmade series of prescriptions of invigorating kidney and regulating periphery. Methods ：60 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups （n = 10） ：the blank control group, model control group, positive control group, the group of high dose prescription of invigorating kidney, the group of middle dose prescription of invigorating kidney, the group of low dose prescription of invigorating kidney. In addition to the blank eontrol group ,the other groups were induced as PCO models by INS and HCG. After the treatment of the series of prescriptions of invigorating kidney and adjusting periphery, to detect the serum levels of leptin （ LEP）, Total cholesterol （ TC ）, Triglyceride （ TG）, High density lipoprotein（HDL）, Insulin（INS）, Around the treatment and takes the body weight difference comparison body weight change to the big mouse weighing,and to observe the morphological changes of ovarian in the light microscope. Results：The pre- scriptions of invigorating kidney and regulating periphery to treat the PCO big mouse to be able to reduce her empty stomach blood serum TC,TG,INS,the LEP level effectively,increasing the HDL serum level,And causes the big mouse body weight to reduce, Increases the granular cell layer and yellow body organization quantity. Conclusion ：The method of invigorating kidney could effectively regulate the Leptin and lipid level of PCO rats, this may be one of the mechanisms of treating PCOS Hyperleptinemia and Hyperlipidemia syndrome in clinic.
