摘 要:以带工业生产氧化皮的SS400热轧碳钢试样为基础,先在800℃氮气环境中恒温保温90 min,然后经历随炉缓冷、急冷、缓冷到480℃后空气急冷和缓冷到480℃保温8 h后再急冷到室温的不同热处理过程,对工业生产氧化皮进行组成和结构的调整,之后采用恒温恒湿试验、在2%Na2SO4溶液中的E-t变化曲线、电化学极化曲线和EIS曲线测量,对比研究不同处理方式获得的氧化皮对钢基体保护性的影响。结果表明:不同处理得到的氧化皮试样腐蚀行为和电化学行为具有明显差异,表明氧化皮组成和结构对热轧碳钢的锈蚀性能具有较大影响,文中重点讨论了氧化皮结构变化与保护性的关系。Various oxide scales with different compositions and structures have been obtained by heat treatments of a SS400 hot-rolled steel plate with the mill oxide scale, including initial isothermal heating at 800 ℃ in high purity N2 for 90 min and the following processes of slow cooling in the furnace, quenching, slow cooling to 480 ℃ then quenching and slow cooling to 480℃ with staying at 480 ℃ for 8h then quenching in the protective atmosphere. The rusting behavior and electrochemical properties of the treated specimens in a 2% Na2 SO4 solution were evaluated and compared by the constant temperature humidity test and electrochemical testing techniques including E-t curves, potentiodynamic polarization curves and EIS. The results show that the rusting behavior and electrochemical properties are significantly different for specimens with various oxide scales, indicating that the scale composition and structure affect the rusting behavior of hot-rolled steel plates greatly. The relationship between oxide scale structure and its proteetivity is also discussed in the present paper.
