摘　　要：通过对绵阳地区的房屋在汶川地震后的震害调研、地震现场考察,收集了大量房屋结构震害资料,对砖混结构、底部框架结构、钢筋混凝土框架结构的震害特征进行了归纳与统计,分析了房屋震害中的特殊现象,通过震害调查总结了现行抗震设计规范的经验教训。Based on various damage of construction in the city zone of Mianyang after the Wenchuan earthquake and earthquake-site visits,a lot of reference data are collected,the destructive characteristic about brick-concrete structures,masonry building supported by RC frame structures,frame structures are summarized and counted.In this paper,an extremely abnormal phenomenon in the earthquake is analysed.Through the damage investigate we sum up the current code for seismic design experience.
