摘　　要：阐述了价值链的概念、核心思想、组成和类型,探讨了价值链在施工企业中的应用,指出价值链分析的结果都是通过三类价值链之间的协同作用,共同为实现施工企业的管理目标服务。This paper elaborates on the concept,core ideas,composition and types of value chain,discusses the application of value chain in construction enterprises and brings about that the result of value chain analysis is that three types of value chain work together to realize the construction enterprises management purposes by cooperating with each other.
