原发性高血压左室肥厚与心率变异性相关研究与苯那普利治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压左室肥厚时心律失常以及心率变异的相关性及苯那普利的治疗作用。方法采用彩色多普勒结合心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）对高血压有或无心室肥厚患者进行分析并观察苯那普利的治疗作用。结果左室肥厚组２４小时室性早搏（ＶＰＣ）高于无肥厚组，Ｌｏｗｎ级别亦增加，苯那普利治疗后心室厚度指数减少，早搏及Ｌｏｗｎ分级降低。心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）时域分析表明ＬＶＨ组各指标均较无肥厚组降低，但只有均数有显著性。ＨＲＶ非线性散状图亦有呈显著性差别。而在苯那普利治疗后两组均有显著性差异。结论苯那普利对高血压病人的心率变异性的改变有明显的治疗作用。Aim\ To Investigate the relationship of the ventricular hypertrophy and arrhythmia and heart rate variability(HRV) in hypertension and the efficacy of the benazepril.\ Methods\ One hundred and ten hypertension patients examined with Doppler ultrasonic for analysis of ventricular hypertrophy,arrhythmia and corresponding HRV analysis by monitoring electrocardiogram. After 12～24 weeks benazepril treatment the efficacy evaluated.\ Results\ hypertension complicated ventrcular hypertrophy group had more ventricular arrhythmia than the hypertension without ventricular hypertrophy,the decreased HRV indices were more prominent also. After 12～24 weeks treatment with benazepril, the ventricular hypertrophy,arrhythmia and the HRV are all improved.\ Conclusion\ Benazepril is benefical in ameliorating of arrhythmia,HRV instability and ventricular hypertrophy in hypertension, especially in hypertension complicated with ventricular hypertrophy and severe arrhythmia.
