摘　　要：文章为了提高精梳工序设备自停装置的灵敏度,通过反复观察和实践,分析了各机台自停失灵的现状,采取了改进机械构造及电气线路等措施,使自停装置作用良好,减少了故障停台,提高了生产效率,杜绝了设备事故及轻伤事故,保障了生产安全。In order to improve the sensitivity of automatic stop motion,the combing process equipment was repeatedly observed and practised. The status quo of various machine automatic stop failure was analysed. Some measures such as improving mechanical construction and electrical circuit and so on had been taken so as to make automatic stop work in good state, decrease fault stoppage, improve production efficiency,stop accidents of equipment and human minor injuries and ensure safe production
