基于DEA的中国制造业R&D绩效评价

摘　　要：应用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对中国制造业13个不同行业的R&D绩效进行分析评价,结果表明制造业R&D的整体效率有待进一步提高,只有30%的行业是DEA有效的,近70%的行业DEA非有效。进一步分析表明,多数行业R&D都存在不同程度的规模低效,因此应加强内部管理以提高R&D效率。Data envelopment analysis （DEA） is used to analyze the performance of R＆D at industry level, concretely to 13 different industries of Chinese manufacturing industries. The results show that the performance of some industries＇ R＆D is sub-optimal. A further study shows that the majority of inefficient industries exists varying degree of scale inefficiency, so we should strengthen internal management to improve the efficiency.
