摘　　要：目的探讨钢丝缝合一期吻合治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂的手术方法。方法对10例陈旧性跟腱断裂患者,术中清理断端瘢痕组织,达到新鲜创面,持续牵引后直接钢丝缝合跟腱,以达到一期愈合。术后4周可功能锻炼。结果6个月～5年随访,Arner-Lindholm评定方法,优6例,良3例。结论钢丝缝合一期吻合治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂是一种操作简单,创伤小,患肢功能恢复较快的手术方法。Objective To investigate suture with steel wire,a surgical repair method of old Achilles Tendon Rupture.Methods Suture with steel wire was adopted to 10 patients with old tendon rupture.Clear the organizations of the rupture section to form a fresh wound,tract the tendon continue,then direct anastomotic the tendon with steel wire.And can start physical training 6 weeks later. Results After 6 months to 5years follow--up visit,curative results of 6 case were excellent and 3cases were good according to Arner-- Lindholm assessment standards.Conclusion The surgical repair method is simple with little wound ,its function restored satisfactorily in short order.
