摘 要:本研究于1985~1989年,采用欧氏距离分析了22个品种(系)的遗传差异(D值),并将这些品种(系)按4×7的 NCⅡ酱设计配制两套杂交试验。分析 F_1~F_4世代配合力的互作, D 值,F_1表现和 F_2组合鉴定指数与F_5品系间的关系。结果表明:(1)D值与 F_5 品系产量间呈二次曲线关系;(2)F_1~F_3世代与配合力的互作显著,F_3~F_4除铃数、铃重外,其余性状的世代与配合力互作不显著。说明 F_1~F_3代配合力分析对棉花育种缺乏直接意义;(3)F_1与 F_5 品系产量间呈高度正相关(r=0.723**~0.687**);(4)F_2组合鉴定指数与 F_5品系产量呈平行趋势;(5)将上述结果组装成杂交新本选配模式,经检验,模式对可望育出新品种的组合之预测率为28.6~57.1%讨论了聚类分析、双列杂交在棉花育种上的应用,F_1在棉花育种上的地位与作用及模式的意义与完善等问题。This studies were conducted in Nanjing,1985~1989.Genetic divergence among twenty-two cultivars (or Strains) for hybridization was measured by Euclidean's distance (D-value) in 1985~1986.Two sets of 4×7 NC Ⅱmating design involving above cultivars (or strains) were made in 1985.These crosses were reproducted and made again in winter of 1985 in Hainan province.The interactions of combining ability with generations over F_1~F_4,relationship of D-value,F_1's performance and F_2's cross index with lint yield of F_5 lines were analysed.The results showed that:(1) s significant parabolical regression relationship between the lint yield of F_5 lines and D-value was observed;(2) There was significant interactions of combining ability with generations over F_1~F_5 for seven traits measured in this experiment and no significant interactions between combining ability and generations over F_3~F_4 except number of boll per plant and boll size,which indicated that the combining ability over F_1~F_5 were not of significance in upland cotton breeding.(3) there was significant relationship between F_1 and F_5 generation in lint yield (r=0.723~0.687).(4)the relationship of F_2 cross index with the lint yield of F_5 lines appeared to be parallel.(5)From above results,a pattern of selecting parents for hybridization was set up.The results through upland cotton practice suggested that the pattern would be of function for predicting promising crosses.Its predicting efficiency was about 28.6~57.1%.The application of cluster analysis and diallel cross,the rule and position of F_1 generation in upland cotton breeding and ferther improvement of the pattern were discussed.
