摘 要:为了建立一套规范的鸡抗小鹅瘟病毒IgY的提取方法,试验采用水化法和辛酸法分别提取IgY,研究各种因素对IgY提取效果的影响,对2种方法提取的鸡抗小鹅瘟病毒IgY进行指标检测。结果表明:水化法提取的IgY的蛋白含量为18.611mg/mL,效价为1∶16,辛酸法提取的蛋白含量为18.630mg/mL,效价为1∶16,且2种IgY的纯度基本相同,判定2种方法的提取效果基本相同。To establish a set of standard extraction method of chicken anti -gosling plague virus IgY, the experiment carried on the study for the hydrating method and caprylie acid method of self- making. IgY was separately extracted by two meth- ods and studied the effect of various factors on extraction efficiency. The index of being extracted chicken anti - gosling plague virus IgY was tested. Results indicated that the protein content and the titer of the lgY was separately 18. 611mg/mL and 1:16 by hydrating method. The protein content and the titer of the IgY was separately 18. 630mg/mL andl: 16 by caprylic acid method and two IgY purity was almost same. So, the extraction effect of two methods was judged the almost same.
