十个陆地棉半野生类型间亲缘关系的研究  被引量:2

STUDIES ON CHARACTERISTICS OF 10 SEMI-WILD TYPIES OF G.HIRSUTUM AND THEIR GENETIC RELATIONSHIPS

摘  要:运用聚类分析对10个陆地棉半野生类型的花器性状和花粉性状指标作了聚类,结合酯酶同工酶分析探讨了陆地棉半野生类型间的亲缘关系。结果表明:(1)供试陆地棉半野生类型可分为4个亲缘系统,即莫利尔棉与鲍莫尔棉系统,尤卡坦棉与雷奇蒙德棉系统;墨西哥棉、尖斑棉、阔叶棉与四季棉(海南、湛江)系统;玛丽—哥郎特棉单独为一系统。(2)海南四季棉、湛江四季棉和墨西哥棉与其它7个半野生种系一样,可视为3个陆地棉半野生种系。(3)鲍莫尔棉归为陆地棉种系较宜。10 semi-wild typles (races) of G.hirsutum L.were comparied systematically from morphology,palynology,biochemistry aspects in this paper.The genetic relationships between these typies were studied by cluster analysis on the characteristics of blossom organ and pollen grain,and esterase lsozyme analysis.Each semi-wild type in morphological characteristics of flower organ macroscoplcally and pollen grain microscopically has its own specialities while similar with others.Thus these semi-wild typies can be easilly recognized and classified by characteristics of flower organ and pollen grain. Isoelectrofocusing eiectrophoresis finds that,semi-wild typies(races) were much similar with cultivar TM-1 of G.hirsutum in esterase isozyme bands,but each has its own marker bands.In bands of seed protein and peroxidase isozyme,There were no differences between semi-wild typies and cultivar TM-1 of G.hirsutum.Cluster analysis and esterases isozyme analysis demonstrated thst:(1)semi-wild typies(races) of G. hirsutum can be divided into 4 consanguinity systems,Richmondi and Yuctanense as a system,Morrllli and Palmeri as a system,Mexicanum,Punctatum,latifolium,(Hai-nan, Zhan-Jiang) Four-season cotton as a system,Marie-galante as a single system.(2)Hainan four-season cotton,Zhan-jiang four-season cotton,and Mexicanum can be thought as 3 G. hirsutum semi-wild races.(3)G.Palmeri as a semi-wild race of G.hirsutum.
