肉毒碱对鲤鱼春片鱼种饲料脂肪消化率的影响

摘　　要：分别用在每kg饲料中添加了0、50、100、150、200、250mg纯肉毒碱的饲料饲养鲤春片鱼种,用全收粪法测定鲤对每种饲料粗脂肪的消化率,比较不同添加量的肉毒碱对鲤春片鱼种饲料粗脂肪消化率的影响,旨在寻求鲤春片鱼种中肉毒碱的适宜添加量。结果表明:肉毒碱具有明显的促进鲤饲料粗脂肪消化的作用,并且添加量在100 mg/kg时促消化作用最好。The young common carp was fed with trial diets added respectively L-carnitine byo,0.5×10-4,1.0×10-4,1.5×10-4,2.0×10-4,2.5×10-4 to compare the fat digestibilities of the diets with control diet and get fitting additive number.The results show that L-carnitine can impmve the fat digestibility of common carp and the effect is the best when L-carnitine added by 1.0×10-4.
