摘　　要：社会工作的实习教学是社会工作专业教育中重要的组成部分,是实现社会工作专业人才培养目标的核心手段,一直以来倍受专业教育工作者的关注。本文分析和反思了现阶段我国社会工作实习教学中存在的问题,从社会工作专业的实务性特征入手,立足广东外语外贸大学社会工作专业实习教育实践,探讨了基于社情、校情、生情三维立体社会工作实习教学模式的建构。Field based education is a significant component of the professional education in the speciality of social work, and is an effective model of training social work professional talents. It has caught the educators＇ attention all the time. This paper sets out to analyze the problems existing in the current teaching and practice in the field education of socia/ work. Then it discusses the construction of field education model with local characteristics, which is especially based on the practice of field education in the speciality of social work in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
