摘　　要：提出了建筑和供暖空调系统实际费耗比及其标准煤倍数的概念,基于建筑能源总账单,给出了其评价方法;采用该评价方法评价分析了大连市机关办公建筑、大型商场建筑、高档宾馆、医院建筑、电信建筑和写字楼的能耗。结果表明,实际费耗比能耗评价方法易于判断能耗统计分析工作的合理性和正确性,便于确定建筑能耗的合理取值范围。Puts forward the concepts of ratio of actual energy consumption fee to energy consumption and multiple of standard coal of building and HVAC system, based on the building energy consumption bill. Presents the evaluation method with the ratio. Evaluates and analyses the energy consumption of government office buildings, shopping mails, high grade hotels, hospitals, telecommunication buildings and tenantable office buildings in Dalian by this method. The results show that this method is easier to use in judging the validity and reasonability of the building energy consumption statistics and energy audit, and in determining the rational range selected of the building energy consumption indexes.
