磷灰石的核磁共振研究(Ⅱ)——1H的NMR谱学特征

摘  要:对F-/(F-+OH-)为0%~90%的十个氟羟磷灰石固溶体样品进行1H核的MASNMR分析结果表明:羟磷灰石在δ=0.3处有与O形成氢键的羟基引起的1HNMR共振吸收。而随着F-对(OH)-的取代,该峰强度变弱,同时在δ=1.5~1.2的位置上,出现新的、由与F成氢键的H引起的共振吸收,其强度与F-含量呈正相关关系。由此可以根据氟羟磷灰石1HNMR峰的数量、位置和相对强度的变化,推断其结构通道中F—OH的相对含量和通道离子链状态。The independence of 1H NMR spectral behavior of fluoridated hydroxyl-apatite (F-Hap) on its different contents of OH, F was investigated. 10 synthesized F-Hap solid solutions with different F/OH mole frictions were analyzed and the following features were found : A sharp resonanee( for short, called 8A ) oeeured at 8 = 0. 3 for pure hydroxyl apatite, which formed by the proton bonded with O. With substitution of F for OH, a new resonance ( for short, called 8B ) oceured at 8 = 1.5 - 1.2, whose intensity correlate positively with F contents. It is presumed that 8B is caused by the proton bonded with F ions. As the intensity ratios of 8B/SA increased with F/OH mole rati- os, it is possible to use 1H NMR spectroscopy for the estimation of F relative contents in binary F-Hap.
