摘　　要：沥青洒布量智能测试系统是一种基于单片机的嵌入式系统,该系统为路面上的沥青洒布施工提供方便和保证准确度。该文介绍了系统的原理,给出了系统的软硬件设计,实现了在8位LED数码管上显示沥青洒布量和流量、车速和泵速、洒布宽度和料号等参数,并通过RS232串口实现了单片机与PC机的通信。主要特点:在8个数码管上分时复用显示2组参数,软件上预先定义了一些功能键,对系统进行标定,达到较高的精度。The intelligent measurement system of asphalt spraying dosage is an embedded intelligent system based on MCU, the system provides convenience and assures accuracy for asphalt spraying on highroad. The principle of the system is introduced. The system＇s hardware and software are designed. LED displays for vehicle speed and pump spindle speed, the volume and dosage of asphalt spraying, spraying width and asphalt types are realized. The serial communication between MCU and PC based on RS232 is implemented. Its main features are two group parameters displayed on LED segment displays in multiplexing, predefinition some functional key in software, calibration to the system for higher accuracy.
