摘  要:为解决塔山煤矿受火成岩侵入影响特厚破碎煤层全煤动压巷道的支护问题,在总结8104工作面巷道受动压影响的实践经验基础上,在8208工作面5208巷道采用高强度、高钢度、高可靠性与适当支护密度的三高一适锚杆支护设计理论进行支护设计,取得良好的支护效果。在受动压影响情况下巷道围岩最大变形量55 mm,施工中创造了最高日进28 m,月进718 m的掘进新纪录。工程实践证明,三高一适支护理论非常适合塔山煤矿受动压影响下复杂围岩条件的巷道掘进实践。In order to solve the support problem of the full seam dynamic gateway in ultra thick seam suffered with igneous rock intrusion in Tashan Mine, Based on the practical experiences summarized from the mining gateway of the 8104 coal mining face influenced by the mining activities, the support design for the 5208 mining gateway of the 8208 coal mining face was conducted with the bolt support design theory with high strength, high rigidity, high reliability and suitable support density bolts and three high and one suitable support theory with achieved good support results. Under the mining dynamic influences, the max deformation of the surrounding rocks in the gateway was 55 ram. The max driving rate of the gateway construction was 28 m per day and the month gateway driving rate of 718 m was the new record. The engineering practices showed that the could be the most suitable to the practices of the gateway driving with the complicated surrounding rock conditions under the mining dynamic influences in Tashan Mine.
