摘 要:基于生产矿井特大立式煤仓存在井壁破损、井底变形的现实问题,对煤仓破损的现状、机理进行了系统分析。结合主煤仓上中下不同地段的特点,研究了不同的抗破坏技术和施工方法。针对主煤仓上部溜煤井井壁冲蚀问题,进行了挂甲式结构设计;在中部仓壁研制了改变煤流运行轨迹的弧式导向装置;在煤仓底部,提出了V形技术和层煤耗能技术,开发了微波雷达控制缓冲煤层厚度系统。该技术在钱家营矿业分公司主煤仓实施后,有效解决了井壁破损、井底变形等问题,实现了煤仓快维修、少维修,甚至不维修的目标。Based on the existing problems of the silo liner failure and bottom deformation in the large vertical coal silo of the production mine, the paper systematically analyzed the coal silo failure status and mechanism. In combination with the top, meddle and bottom sec- tion features of the main coal silo, the paper studied the different anti failure technology and construction method. According to the wash- out problem on the liner of the top coal sliding borehole in the main coal silo, an armour structure was designed to solve the problem. An arc guidance device was developed to change the coal flow running in the middle section of the silo. At the bottom of the silo, the V type technology and the layer coal energy consumption technology were provided and the micro wave radar system was developed to control the coal layer thickness. After the new technology applied in the main coal silo of Qianjiaying Coal Mining Company, the liner failure and the bottom deformation problems were effectively overcame. The target was realised that the coal silo could have quick maintenances and less maintenances and no maintenances.
