摘 要:矿用产品安全标志管理是我国安全生产的基本制度和过程控制的前置手段,在矿山安全生产中发挥着十分重要的作用。在介绍我国矿用产品安全标志管理体系、国内其他产品认证体系(包括CCC认证管理体系与特种设备安全监察管理体系)的基础上,对安标管理体系与其他产品认证体系进行了系统的比较,分析了安标管理体系实现自身科学发展的途径,提出了相关意见建议。The mine products safety approval and certificate management is the basic system of the safety production in China and the prepositioned way of the safety production control process. The mine products safety approval and certificate management has played a very important role in the mine safety production. Based on the introductions of China's mine products safety certificate management system, and other products certification management systems ( including the CCC certificate management system, special equipment safety supervi- sion and management system) in China, the systematic comparison between the mine products safety certificate management system and other prodtmts certificate management systems mentioned above was conducted. The paper analyzed the access of its scientific development to the mine products safety certificate management system and provided the certain constructive suggestions.
