摘 要:运用Ansys workbench 11.0软件,对LSXGL25175426T933JS型双伸缩立柱进行了2倍中心载荷非线性有限元仿真分析。重点研究了立柱中缸缸底和通液孔2个应力集中区的应力分布及其影响因素,分析了通液孔处最大应力值随结构变化的规律,给出了减小应力集中的改进措施:适当地减小外缸和中缸的缸径比,增加中缸缸底与缸筒结合处的夹角;合理地选择通液孔的位置、大小和数量。With the Ansys workbench 11.0 software, a nonlinear finite element simulation analysis with 2 times of the central load was conducted on the LSXGL25175426T933JS double telescope leg. The paper stressed the study on the stress distribution and the influence factors of the two stress concentrated areas, as the cylinder bottom and the flow borehole of the leg cylinder. The paper analyzed the max stress value of the flow borehole with the structure variation law and provided the certain improvement measure to reduce the stress concen- tration. The improved measures were including the rational reduction of the cylinder diameter ratio between the outer small cylinder and middle cylinder, the increased included angle between the cylinder bottom and cylinder connection of the middle cylinder and rational se- lection of the location, size and number of the flow boreholes.
