对高校群体竞赛的思考

摘　　要：以高校教育改革的主要目的是提高学生的综合素质作为着眼点,通过对高校群体竞赛意义和存在的一些主要问题进行分析,找出高校群体竞赛改革发展的方向;提出用目标管理,时间管理与绩效管理来规划,组织与管理高校群体竞赛;按群体竞赛的主要功能不同,对高校群体竞赛的项目进行了分类。This paper makes a study of the current situation of Changzhou community sports parks and the countermeasures by literature data,questionnaire,interview. The successful sports park development experiences from some developed countries are summarized. The plans of developing Changzhou community sports parks are made and the principles of sports are also formulated. The results of these studies will be used for reference in the development of Changzhou community sports.
