摘　　要：目的探讨应用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨转子下骨折的手术疗效。方法回顾分析应用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗21例老年股骨转下骨折患者的临床资料,其中男8例,女13例。年龄65～76岁,平均71.4岁。按Seinsheimer分型:ⅡB型1例,ⅡC型1例,ⅢA型8例,ⅢB型2例,Ⅳ型7例,Ⅴ型2例。结果术后随访10个月～3年,平均13个月。骨折愈合时间为3～11个月,平均时间为3.5个月;髋关节功能按高堂成疗效标准进行评定,优13例,良6例,可1例,差1例,优良率90.5%。结论股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨转子下骨折创伤小,固定可靠,骨折愈合快,关节功能恢复满意,是老年股骨转子下骨折较为理想的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the treatment of subtertrochanteric fracture of femur in senile with locking proximac femoral plate. Methods 21cases with subtertrochanteric fracture of femur in senile were performed with locking proximac femoral plate. There were 8 males and 13 females whose age ranged frome 65 to 76 years old,averaged 71.4 years old. By Seinsheimer classification： 1 case was ⅡB, 1 case was Ⅱ C, 8 cases were ⅢA, 2 cases were ⅢB, 7cases wereⅣ, 2cases were Ⅴ. Results All cases were followed up for 10 months - 3 years, 13 months on average.It was from 3 to 11 months with a mean time of 3.5 months for all cases of fracture to unite.Joint function recovered to well.The rate that recovering to superior was 90.5 %. Conelusioos Locking proximac femoral plate has a preferable clinical value in the treatment of subtertrochanteric fracture of femur in senile, with simple operation, solid fixation, the time to fracture union can be decreaced. Functional exercise can be started at early stage.
