摘 要:目的探讨应用牵引床辅助下小切口DHS内固定治疗高龄人群股骨转子间骨折的方法及临床效果。方法回顾性分析2006年8月~2008年10月应用牵引床牵引闭合复位、小切口DHS固定治疗30例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者。结果按董纪元疗效评定标准,优良率90%。结论小切口DHS微创技术具有手术时间短、出血少、创伤小、并发症少、康复快的特点,是治疗高龄股转子间骨折较理想的方法。Objective To explore the technique and clinical results of traction table-assisted minimally invasive incision dynamic hip screws (DHS) in treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. Method to retrospectively analyze 30 cases (from August 2006 to October 2008) with intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly were treated with closed reduction and DHS using minimally invasive technique assisted by traction table. Result The excellent rate of joint function was 90% according to DONG's assay standard. Conclusion Minimally invasive incision DHS has the advantages of shorter operation time, less blood loss, little trauma, less complications and quick functional recovery and is an effective and safe method for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.
