摘　　要：噻唑烷二酮类药物(TZD)已在2型糖尿病中广泛应用。鉴于TZD具有增加胰岛素敏感性、抗炎症、调节免疫等作用,对它在1型糖尿病中的应用价值亦有探讨,这有助于指导实践和进一步研究。The thiazolidinediones（TZDs）, ligands for peroxisome proliferator-- activated recep-tor--gamma （PPAR--7）, have been widely used in prevention and treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes. However, there is growing controversy whether TZDs have direct benefit on type Ⅰ diabetes or not. Rational evaluation for the clinical value of TZD on Type l diabetes is necessary for clinical application and for the further study.
