摘　　要：黑龙江省是农业大省,发展创意农业是黑龙江省农民增收的新途径。从创意农业的概念界定及特点出发,认为黑龙江省发展创意农业还处在初级阶段,可以从努力打造黑龙江创意农业园区、加大农业投入、完善创意农业保险机制、健全创意农业品牌建设激励机制、优化创意农业流通渠道和推进黑龙江省创意农业示范工程六个方面来发展创意农业,增加农民收入。The province of Heilongjiang is a big province of agriculture, the development creativity agriculture is new path that the province farmer of Heilongjiang increases to accept.The concept define that is from the creativity agriculture and characteristics set out, think Heilongjiang of the province development creativity agriculture still was placed in the entry-level stage, can from worked hard to create the creativity agriculture park area of Heilongjiang, the enlargement agriculture devotion, perfect creativity agriculture insurance mechanism, the sound creativity agriculture brand the construction encouraged the mechanism, excellent turn the creativity agriculture circulated the outlet and push forward Heilongjiang of the demonstration engineering six aspects of province creativity agriculture to develop the creativity agriculture, the increment farmer income.
