摘　　要：社会保障水平是反映一个国家或地区经济发展和人们生活水平的一个重要指标,根据辽宁省近五年来社会保障支出的数据,分析计算辽宁省社会保障水平,并与国内若干省市的社会保障水平进行了比较,进而分析辽宁省的社会保障发展状况,以及与其他省市社会保障水平比较中反映出的若干问题,从而对辽宁省的社会保障水平做出总体性评价。The society guarantee level is reflects a nation or the region economies development and people to live the level of an important index sign, guarantee the data of the expenditure according to the near five in the last years societies of province of Liaonings, the province society that analyze the calculation Liaoning guarantee level, and carried on the comparison with the social guarantee level of local and some cities, the social guarantee that then analyze the province of Liaoning development condition, and with other city society guarantee the level is medium more some problems that reflect, thus do a total sex evaluation to the social guarantee level of the province of Liaoning.
