摘 要:以双鸭山煤矿电厂粉煤灰为原料,研究了在不同的碱度、液固比、晶化温度和胶凝温度条件下的水热法合成4A沸石的过程,并进行了实验结果和各种合成因素的分析,采用X射线衍射仪对合成的沸石样品进行了表征。实验结果分析表明,粉煤灰在低温活性区以800℃煅烧的粉煤灰活性表现最佳。在碱度3.5 mol/L、液固比2.0∶1、凝胶形成温度65℃、晶化温度90℃以及晶化时间7 h的实验条件下,采用粉煤灰合成了4A沸石。The experiments with hydrothermal method to synthesize 4A-type zeolite were carried on in different conditions of alkalinity, liquid-solid ratio, friction crystallization temperature and friction formation temperature gel. The experimental results and synthetical factors were analyzed and researched. The synthetical zeolites are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The analysis shows that, in the active district of low temperature, the activity of activated fly ash calcined under 800℃ is best. In the conditions of alkalinity 3.5 mol/L, liquid/solid ratio 2.0: 1, temperature of gelatifieation 65℃ , temperature of crystallization 90℃ and time of crystallization 7 h, 4A-type zeolite can be synthesized from fly ash.
