摘　　要：以2000-2007年中国学术期刊网中关于＂实验技术人员＂的文章为研究样本,采用内容分析法对文章的研究对象范围、研究方法和研究内容进行统计分析,得出我国实验技术队伍建设研究的现状、特点及存在的问题,为加强队伍建设的实践工作提供了借鉴。This paper applies content analysis method, and uses the academic articles as samples which are researched by keywords for laboratory technicians in CNKI from 2000 to 2007. The paper pointed out the status, features and problems about the construction of laboratory technical team by analyzing the range of research objects, research methods and research contents of these articles. This paper can supply references to our management practice.
