摘　　要：实验队伍是高校教学、科研及学科建设的重要力量之一,是建设一流实验室的基础条件。实验队伍培训工作方法、内容要不断创新,培训应针对性强、系统化,作为常规工作长期坚持。Laboratory faculty is not only one of the main forces for teaching, research, and subject construction in universities, but also the foundation for the construction of first-class laboratories. It is therefore a must to keep refreshing the means and content of the training for laboratory faculty. The training should be decisively relevant, systematic, and should be carried on as a long-term, regular task.
