摘  要:目的研究丹参药材中有效成分丹参酮ⅡA含量随时间变化的规律为确定丹参适宜的贮藏期提供科学依据。方法采用加速试验法,以高效液相色谱法测定丹参在不同温度加热不同时间丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果丹参酮ⅡA含量的自然对数(lnc)与加热时间(t)呈正比,其反应速度方程为Y=-6869.2X+16.709,r2=0.9969。预测25℃下丹参有效期为26年。结论丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的分解虽受温度的影响,且其降解符合一级反应动力学方程,但预测有效期表明它在药材中较稳定,提示丹参药材的稳定性控制指标应选用其他有效成分。OBJECTIVE To study the regularity of lowering the heated contents of tanshinone ⅡA in the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge, and to provide effective theoretical means for making sure the storage time of Dan Shen root. METHODS Using the methods of chemical kinetics, the contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A of Dan Shen roots which were heated at different temperatures were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A(InC)were direct proportional to heating time (t), whose reaction equation was Y = - 6869.2X + 16. 709, r^2 = 0.9969, the period of validity of Danshen is forecasted by 26 years. CONCLUSION The decomposition reaction of tanshinone Ⅱ A which is related to the varies of temperature is a first grade kinetics reaction. But the period of validity of Danshen shows that tanshinone is level off in the Danshen crude drugs, suggest use other components as the reference standard for stability control.
