摘　　要：目的探讨全蚕粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法观察全蚕粉对环磷酰胺所致免疫低下小鼠免疫器官指数、碳廓清功能和血清溶血素的影响。结果全蚕粉可增强正常小鼠免疫功能,显著提高免疫低下小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数、碳廓清能力和血清溶血素含量。结论全蚕粉对机体免疫功能有一定增强作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the immunological regulation of silkworm powder in mice. METHODS The effects of silkworm powder were investigated in normal mice and immune hypofunction mice made by cyclophosphamide by spleen index, thymus index, mouse carbon function and HC50 were investigated. RESULTS Silkworm powder can strengthen the normal mice immune function and enhanced the spleen index, thymus index, mouse carbon function, and HC50 of immuned hypofunctional mouse. CONCLUSION Silkworm powder has definite reinforcement action on mouse＇s immune function.
