摘　　要：复合热源螺柱焊接工艺是一种新型螺柱焊接技术，在深入试验研究传统电弧螺柱焊枪的基础上，根据复合热源螺柱焊接和空心螺柱旋弧焊接的工艺需求，设计研制了一种适用于中厚板大直径复合热源螺柱自动焊接的大功率焊枪，该焊枪采用直柄式设计，使用了独具特色的专用电磁铁、引弧提升机构和导向机构，采用所设计的大功率自动螺柱焊枪，进行了8～30mm板厚12～21mm直径的自动螺柱焊接工艺试验，焊接过程稳定、接头饱满，接头强度与螺柱强度之比达到1．04，很好地满足了复合热源螺柱焊接工艺的要求。Hybrid stud welding is a new technique of stud welding. A high-power torch used for the automatic hybrid stud welding of the mid-thick large-diameter stud has been developed on the basis of the in-depth study and experimentation of the classical stud welding torch, consider of the requirement of hybrid stud welding and hollow stud welding. This kind of torch is designed with straight handle, using special electromagnet starting and lifting mechanism, and guiding mechanism. It is also tested by welding 8 -30 mm thick and 12 -21 mm diameter stud with automatic weld. With stable process and full seam the test result shows that the proportion of the joint strength and stud strength reaches 1.04, which can fully satisfy the request of the hybrid stud welding.
