摘　　要：侦查制度创新是侦查实践发展的必由之路;侦查制度创新是刑事诉讼法制改革的要求;侦查制度创新必须破除认识障碍、利益障碍、成本障碍和习惯势力障碍;侦查制度创新必须坚持实事求是的原则、与时俱进的原则、以人为本的原则和遵循法制的原则。The innovation of investigation system is the ultimate requirement of investigation practice and criminal procedure law reform. The innovation of investigation system is based on breaking up awareness barrier, benefit barrier, cost barrier and force of habit barrier by adhering to the principles of seeking truth from faets , keeping up with the times and people orientation.
