地榆丸的药效学研究

摘　　要：地榆丸可显著对抗蓖麻油及番泻叶造成的实验性腹泻，明显抑制小鼠肠推进运动及家兔离体肠肌自发活动，并可拮抗Ａｃｈ、ＢａＣｌ２导致的肠平滑肌痉挛性收缩，能有效抑制角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足肿。Diyu pill markedly antagonized experimental diarrhea caused by castor oil or senna in mice.It obviously suppressed the intestinal propelling movement in mice and the spontaneons movement of isolated intestinal smooth muscles,and relaxed the spasmodic contraction of intestinal muscles induced by Ach or BaCl2 in rabbits.Diyu pill not only significantly inhibited foot inflammation caused by carrageenan in rats but also promoted immunity function in mice.
