高等旅游院校双语课程教学体系设计初探——以《饭店管理》课程为例

摘　　要：有效的双语课程教学体系设计是实现高等旅游院校双语教学目标的载体。本文以《饭店管理》课程为例,从双语课程的选择、课程衔接、学期和学时、教材、教学模式、课堂教学设计、教学方法等7个方面探讨了双语课程教学体系设计的相关问题。The design of an effective bilingual curriculum system is closely related to the realization of its educational goals in colleges tourism. Taking Hotel Management course an example, this paper explores the bilingual curriculum system in terms of bilingual course selection, course links, bilingual teaching terms and periods, teaching materials, teaching modes, classroom teaching design and teaching methods.
