摘　　要：高校的实验技术人员是高校人才队伍的有机组成部分,他们在教学、科研工作中发挥着重要的作用,直接影响着学生实践能力和创新素质的培养。然而,在高校人才队伍建设中往往忽视实验技术人员队伍建设,实验技术人员整体素质制约着教学和科研水平的提高,也影响了创新性人才的培养。目前,高校普遍重视实践教学。然而,实验技术人员队伍建设是基础,只有建设一支高素质的高校实验技术人员队伍,才能更好地实现培养创新性人才的教育目标。The technical personnel in the laboratories of a university is a component part of the talented people of the university, and plays a very important role in the teaching and research work of the university. Therefore, while paying much attention to the teaching staff development, the university should also intensify the training of the technical personnel, with a view to serving the development of the university. This paper analyses the main problems of the technical personnel in the laboratories of universities and expounds to how to train technical personnel of high quality.
