摘  要:在概括国内玻璃液流动数值模拟现状的基础上,针对某生产玻璃纤维窑炉进行数值模拟,建立关于电助熔窑炉中玻璃液流动的三维数学模型,运用标准κ-ε湍流模型、P1辐射模型获得模拟结果。对结果分析发现,温度分布沿池高方向降低,池长和池宽方向两侧较低;中间温度较高,呈明显的梯状分布;玻璃液的流动中存在的3个回流有利于玻璃液的澄清和均化;其模拟结果均与实际相符,表明该数学模型能较全面地反映玻璃液的流动情况。Based on analyzing the domestic development of numerical simulation on glass flow, a three-dimensional mathematical model in electro-boost glass furnaces is established, according to the practical situation of a fiber glass production furnace, for calculating the distribution of the flow fields and temperature fields in glass furnaces. The numerical simulation model of glass flow in glass furnaces consists of two components : standard κ-εturbulent model and P1 radiation model. Combining the three-dimensional mathematical model, the paper gives out the numerically simulated results. Analytical results shows that the temperature reduces along the height of the pond and falls along the length and width of the pond from the center to both sides, which forms an echelonment, and the three existing inverse flows in glass flow improve its clarification and homogenization. The numerically simulated results fit the practical situation, which proves that the three-dimensional mathematical model can reflect the real distribution of temperature and flow fields in electro-boost glass furnaces.
