摘  要:研究橡胶水泥土(RCS)在寒冷地区应用的可行性,对初期受冻的RCS进行标准养护,考察受冻后养护龄期、橡胶粉粒径和掺量等因素对抗压强度的影响。结果显示,RCS在相同标养龄期条件下,初期受冻90d后再标养的试块抗压强度略高于正常标准养护方式,而不掺橡胶粉的普通水泥土(CS)两种情况的抗压强度基本相同。普通标准养护90d的试块强度与初期受冻50 d再养护60 d的RCS抗压强度相近。在负温阶段RCS抗压强度增长率大于CS,但后期增长速度比CS稍缓。研究表明RCS的抗冻性能高于CS,适合在寒冷地区应用。To analyze the feasibility of applying rubberized cement-soil (RCS for short) in cold areas, standard curing was carried out for the RCS frozen in early period. The effects of curing age, rubber powder particle diameter as well as rubber powder content on the compressive strength were discussed. The test results show that, under the same curing conditions, the compressive strength of RCS is slightly higher cured after frozen for 90d than cured normally, while the compressive strength of cement soil (CS) in the two conditions is almost same ; furthermore, after 60 days' standard curing, the compressive strength of the RCS frozen for 50 days in its early period is basically same with the one cured throughout standard curing, and that the growth rate of compressive strength of RCS is higher than that of CS in negative temperature period, but grows a little slowly in the later period compared with CS. The research shows that the RCS has good frost-resistance ability and is suitable for applying in cold areas.
