摘  要:研究等离子体引发顺丁烯二酸酐-羟丁基乙烯基醚(MAH-HBVE)在BOPP薄膜表面的接枝及接枝后薄膜表面的亲水性。分析接枝前后的薄膜质量变化,采用SEM、IR等手段对薄膜表面形态及物质组成进行表征与分析,测定接枝前后薄膜的表面接触角。实验结果表明:MAH-HBVE通过等离子体引发可以接枝到BOPP薄膜表面,接枝后薄膜的表面形貌发生较大变化,不再平整,并在表面生成了含有羰基和双键的接枝产物。接枝后水在薄膜表面的接触角明显降低,薄膜的亲水性得到明显改善。Plasma induced graft modification of maleic anhydride and hydroxyl butyl vinyl ether (MAH-HBVE) onto the BOPP film was studied. The hydrophilicity of the film was analyzed. The quality change between the ungrafted film and grafted film was analyzed. The surface configuration and constitute of the film were characterized by SEM and IR, and the contact angle was measured. It was shown that MAH-HBVE can be grafted onto the BOPP by plasma induced graft polymerization. The surface configuration of grafted film became uneven. The grafting products containing carbonyl and double bonds generated on the surface of BOPP film. The contact angle against water decreased. The hydropilicity of the film grafted MAH-HBVE improved remarkably.
