摘　　要：本文运用扫描统计量及扫描检验的原理和方法对青岛市市立医院1996年住院病种进行时间聚集性分析,为寻找疾病的致病因素及合理安排临床诊疗工作提供参考依据。The scan statistic can be used for the testing of clusters of disease in time. In this paper, we applied the scan statistic to detecting temporal clusters of in-patient disease type of Qingdao Municipal Hospital of 1996. based on that we can find out pathogenic factors of disease and arrange clinical medical bussiness reasonably.
