摘 要:目的探讨模糊综合方法在中小化工企业职业病危害风险评估中的应用。方法利用模糊综合理论得到指标统计量,构造项目目标风险模糊隶属度矩阵,建立模糊综合评估的职业病风险综合评估方法,对2家中小化工企业进行职业病风险评估。结果一家为职业危害属于Ⅲ级(高度危害)F值为12.74,可能发生严重的职业病,即必须采取控制措施;另外一家为中度危害,F值为8.97,即采取措施后产生可以接受的职业危害风险。结论该方法能充分利用专家评判信息的模糊性,应用于职业病危害的风险评估,可作为职业病危害风险评估的方法,并可全面量化职业病危害风险因素。[ Objective] To study the integrated approach to fuzzy evaluating risk assessment of occupational hazard in small and me- dium-sized chemical enterprises. [ Methods ] By fuzzy comprehensive theory of index statistics, fuzzy membership degree of the risk of the project objectives matrix was constructed, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the occupational risks was estab- lished. The method was applied to occupational risk assessment in 2 small and medium-sized chemical enterprises. [ Results] Occu- pational hazard of 1 enterprise was Grade m ( serious hazard) , F value was 12.74, which meant implementation of control measures can reduce the risk of occupational hazards to the accepted limits. [ Conclusion] By taking full use of fuzziness of judgement informa- tion by expert, this method can be used as risk assessment of occupational hazards and fully quantify the risk factors of occupational diseases.
