摘 要:目的了解电子通讯设备微波作业人员眼晶状体混浊情况。方法选择深圳市2个生产电子通讯设备公司的微波作业人员进行职业健康检查,指测眼压,排除青光眼,散瞳,由高年资眼科医师进行眼晶状体裂隙灯检查,详细记录晶状体混浊情况。分别比较上岗前与在岗期间晶状体混浊率的差异,分析晶状体混浊与工龄及年龄的关系。结果共检查1621人,上岗前晶状体混浊检出率为2.03%(4/197),在岗期间晶状体混浊检出率为12.85%(183/1424),检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.86,P<0.01)。工龄2~4a间晶状体混浊检出率最高,为20.24%(86/425)。严重程度(+++)的检出率,随工龄的增加而增高。结论电子通讯设备微波作业人员眼晶状体混浊与工龄有关,工龄越长混浊程度越重,所以定期的职业健康检查及做好个人职业卫生防护是必须的。[ Objective ] To understand the state of the lens opacity of electronics workers exposed to microwave. [ Methods ] Workers of two electronic communication devices companies with microwave exposure were occupationally examined. The pressure of eyes was detected with finger-press to eliminate glaucoma, mydriasis. The lens with slit lamp microscope was inspected by a senior ophthal- mologist. The instance of the lens opacity was recorded. The difference of the ratio of the lens opacity between the workers exposing to and going to expose to microwave was compared. The relationship between the lens opacity and the length of service and the age was analyzed. [ Results] Of 1621 examined workers, the detection rate of the lens opacity of the workers going to expose to microwave was 2.03% ( 4/197 ) ; that of workers exposed to microwave was 12.85% ( 183/1424 ), the difference was significant I X2 = 19.86, P 〈 0.01 ). Workers with 2-4years length of service had a very high ratio of opacity of lens, as 20.24% ( 86/425 ). The detection rate of severity( + + + ) increased with the extending of length of service. [ Conclusion] Lens opacity of electronics workers relates with length of service. Lens opacity becomes more severe with long-term service. Therefore, it's necessary to have periodic occupational health examination and well personal occupational health protection.
