玉溪市儿童乙型肝炎疫苗免后保护性抗体监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解玉溪市儿童乙型肝炎疫苗接种情况,评价免疫效果。方法在玉溪市新平、通海、澄江3个县按计划免疫随机概率抽样调查法(PPS法),各抽取210名2000—2006年出生的儿童,采用ELISA法检测HBsAg、HBsAb。结果共调查613名儿童,乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率为65.25%,3针全程接种合格率为92.33%。血清HBsAg阳性率为0.33%,HBsAb阳性率达78.63%。结论玉溪市儿童乙型肝炎疫苗接种率不断提高,乙型肝炎疫苗免疫获得预期的效果,对控制乙型肝炎感染起到了十分有效的作用。[ Objective] To understand the hepatitis B vaccination of children in Yuxi City, and evaluate the immune effect. [ Methoils] According to random probability sample survey method （PPS method） , 210 children born from 2000 to 2006 in Xinping , Tonghai and Chengjiang County were selected. HBsAg and HBsAb were detected by ELISA method. [ Results] A total of 613 children were investigated. The timely first dose injection rate of Hepatitis B vaccination was 65.25%. The qualified rate of whole course inoculation was 92.33%, Serum HBsAg positive rate was 0.33% and HBsAb positive rate was 78.63%. [ Conclusion] The rate of hepatitis B vaccination of children in Yuxi continues to improve and the hepatitis B vaccination immunity has achieved the desired effect, which plays a very effective role in controlling Hepatitis B infection.
