摘　　要：对旧房改造过程中存在的一些问题进行了分析,从精细化设计、施工、使用维护三个方面进行了论述,提出了"旧房改造"应走精细化改造之路的见解,以促进住宅资源的可持续利用。This article analyzes some of the problems existing in the process of transformation of the old building,and discusses three aspects on the refined design,construction and maintenance,and puts forward that the＂old building reform＂ should go the refinement road,so as to improve the continuous utilization of the residential house resource.
