摘　　要：针对油气长输管道工程工程量大、建设时间长、扰动地表面积大的特点,探讨了榆林—濮阳—济南油气长输管道工程水工保护的重要性及措施,以经济有效地控制和减少水土流失,保护沿线生态环境,保证主体工程的安全运营。Aiming at characteristics of the oil transportation pipeline project,such as large project quantity and long construction time and disturbances ground area,it discusses on importance and measures of the hydraulic protection in the Yulin-Puyang-Ji nan oil transportation pipeline project,so as to economical and effective control and decrease soil and water losses,protect ecological environment alone line,and ensure safety operation of main project.
