摘　　要：探讨了BOT承包模式在国际工程中的应用,引入风险管理方法,即风管系统,分析并管理BOT项目风险,通过结构化、系统化思考方式,从而有效控制BOT项目风险,争取更大收益。The application of BOT contract mode in international engineering is discussed.Risk management method that is risk management system is introduced,which can analyze and manage risks of BOT project.Through structural and systematic ways the risks of BOT project can be efficiently controlled in order to obtain maximum returns.
