血清γ球蛋白种间交叉反应抗原的单克隆抗体的制备

摘　　要：用人γ球蛋白免疫BALB/c小鼠,取脾细胞与SP2/0细胞融合,获得两株抗γ球蛋白种间交叉反应抗原的单抗杂交瘤细胞系(1B_(11)和2A_4)。鉴定表明,1B_(11)能识别人IgG、猪γ球蛋白和兔γ球蛋白;2A_4所识别的抗原存在于人IsG和猪γ球蛋白上,但未测出对兔γ球蛋白的结合活性。Spleen cells from BALB/c mouse immunized with human Y-globulin were fused with SP2/0 myeloma cells for the monoclonal antibodies to crossreactive antigens on Y-globulins from different species. Two positive clones (1B11 and 2A4) were obtained and cloning was completed by limiting dilution. Specificity analysis showed that McAb 1B11 was able to bind to human IgG, swine γ-globulin and rabbit γ-globulin, McAb2A4 was of binding activity with human IgG and swine γ-Eiobulin, but not rabbitY globulin.
