升降汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：采用中药升降汤治疗功能性消化不良（FD）50例，并与吗丁啉进行对照，结果中药组总有效率90．00％，对照组总有效率80．95％，两组疗效比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。实验证明升降汤能明显增强小鼠胃肠蠕动，具有胃肠动力作用，其作用强于吗丁啉；升降汤又能抑制新斯的明引起的胃肠强烈运动，而吗丁啉则无此作用。提示升降汤对胃肠运动具有双向调节作用，这也是其治疗FD的机制之一。50 patients with functional dyspepsia were treated with Shengjiang decoction(SJD) astherapeutic group(TG) and other 21 patients with same diseases with domperidone as control group(CG)- The results showed that the clinical effective rate was 90. 00% in TG,but 80. 95% in CG (P＜ 0. 05). The results of experiments showed that SJD could evidently improve the gastrointestinalperistalsis of the mice more than the domperidone, and SJD could restrain powerful gastrointestinalperistalsis caused by neostigmini, but domperidone could not. SJD had the two-way regulating function and could be used to improve the gastrointestinal movement.
