Interaction of Human Cytomegalovirus Infection and Cell-mediated Immunity in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

摘  要:本文观察了27例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者,巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染对共NK细胞活性无显著影响,但NK活性大于40%的SLE患者CMV感染率较NK活性小于40%者明显低;CMV感染使患者白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平明显降低,只有高水平(大于110U/ml)IL-2的SLE患者CMV感染率低于IL-2水平低者。CMV感染对SLE患者T细胞亚群CD抗原表达影响不大。The influence had been observed in this paper of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection on natural killer cell (NKC) activity, interleukin-2 (IL-2) indec-tion ability and T cell subset of peripheral blood from 27 cases -with systemic lupus ery-thematosus (SLE) . The patients with present HCMV infection (ie. with positivity of HCMV specific IgM in plasma) hadn't been seen dominantly change in NKC activity but the present infectious morbidity of HCMV from SLE patients with NKC activity more than 40% which was average level of normal population in the area was evidently lower than those less than 40%. HCMV present infection cut down IL-2 inductive abiliay dra-masticaly and the SLE patients with IL-2 induction ability higer than 110U/ml which also were average level of normal population in the same arsa had many more opportunities infected with HCMV than those lower than HOU/ml. No significant interrelation was found between the HCMV infection level and the numbers and ratio of T cell subset of SLE patients.HCMV infection had some ef fection on immunological disorder and pathogene-sis of SLE were discussed in the paper and the infection was more seem likely to accompany with the development and accurance of SLE.
