总部经济对上海金融服务业的影响研究

摘　　要：目前,上海总部经济以及金融服务业均处在发展阶段,还不能对彼此进行有效的支撑。金融服务业的繁荣,在很大程度上依赖于发达的总部经济,金融服务业集群只有和总部集群产生良性互动,才能释放出巨大的能量,辐射全上海以及周边地区,并推动金融产业创新和金融产业发展。上海政府应从补贴和税收优惠政策、基础设施建设、商务区规划、制度完善和创新、人才培养与引进等方面发展总部经济,达到繁荣上海金融服务业的目的。Now the headquarters economy and financial services are still in the developmental stage in Shanghai, which can not support with one another effectively. The prosperity of financial services depends on developed headquarters economy to great extent, and financial service duster can produce huge power and radiate the whole Shanghai and its surrounding area, and promote financial industrial innovation and development only ff it generates positive interaction with headquarters economy. Shanghai government should develop headquarters economy to flourish Shanghai financial services from subsidy, preferential taxation policy, infrastructure construction, plan and design of business district, improvement and innovation of system, and development and introduction of professionals.
